Researchers say that walking speed is the measure of your well-being.
Someone loves to walk on a swing. Someone sighed again and walked past. How a person walks depends on various other factors. But researchers say walking speed is a measure of your well-being.
Over the past few years, a heart journal in Europe has been conducting research on the relationship between walking speed and heart rate. They are conducting a survey on four lakh people and giving new information.
As can be seen, a total of eight thousand people died during the test, of which one and a half thousand died due to heart failure. This one and a half thousand people were quite slow in walking speed. Some of them started walking again, but later they slowed down.
As a result, these researchers say, those who walk at a faster pace have a slightly longer lifespan.
Researchers also say that slow motion is actually a manifestation of an unconscious lifestyle. This type of person is mostly heavy-looking, eats oily food, sleeps late at night.
So scientists are clear, look at the pace of walking from now on. If possible, increase the speed and walk.
