You can apply for this facility within 30 days of leaving the job Before, there was an opportunity to do it after 90 days Now employees can apply for it automatically Earlier you had to apply through the employer Workers must be covered by the ESIC for at least two years to receive this benefit. That is from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2020. These workers must have at least a 78 day work record between October 1, 2019 and March 31, 2020.
